For our customers we offer CHP (Combined heat and power) units with MAN gas engines in power range from 100 kW up to 450 kW. The higher the generated power the more efficient the prime costs are for the operator of CHP unit.

Solutions proposed by us are completely adapted to customers’ requirements. It can be as standard CHP units in open version mounted on the frame as well as soundproof capsule / container version (20’ or 30’).

Assembly of CHP units with MAN gas engines and also its container’s packaging is carried out in Germanz by experienced specialists what allows speaking about high quality and professionalism of performed works. We use only high-quality components for our CHP plants: heat exchangers, table coolers, switch gears, sensors etc. All these facts let guarantee a long term operation of your CHP plant (provided that all maintenance schedules are kept).

Control System

The CHP units with MAN gas engines are equipped with automatic control system on the basis of Deif controllers. The system interface is simple and user friendly and offers a lot of opportunities for remote monitoring.

The control system is intended for management, control and protection of the CHP unit, and also for protection and control of grid inputs.The controller of a gas engine driven CHP plant is designed for unmanned operation. The human machine interface gives many detailed information to the user and allows a highly effective diagnostics and thereby a fast restart locally as well as remotely.

The system provides a wide functions range required for the correct functioning of power plants and provides the following operating modes:

  • Regulation of engine coolant circuit
  • Regulation of the gas mixer
  • Supervision of the exhaust temperatures
  • Control of the exhaust bypass flap
  • Synchronization
  • Power regulation
  • Automatic load reduction
  • CosPhi regulation
  • Mains protection
  • Generator protection

After warranty period we provide our customers with  all access codes for setting of CHP parameters that allows to change requered data without support of engine manufacturers or service company.
